My own take on the coalesced file. Tweaked based on the famous ME3LE Coalesced Tweaks and Armor Appearances Combined, with some minor modifications to suit it to my needs

This is my version of the coalesced file, including many tweaks to make the gameplay experience more appropriate to me.
I have based the changes here on the ME3LE Coalesced Tweaks and Armor Appearances Combined, but completely removed any difficulty and enemy AI changes, as well as weapon and armor changes.
Additionally, I've also modified tooltips times so that store purchase tooltips appear only very briefly, but other tooltips stay long enough for you to read them (still less than default).

To clarify: this is not a copy of ME3LE Coalesced Tweaks and Armor Appearances Combined, I have personally checked and edited every value of the bin file with Gibbed's Tools.
To install, simply replace the Coalesced.bin in the CookedPCConsole folder with the one in the downloads. Make sure to make a backup of the file first!

- Min and max power cooldown from weight changed from (-2.5, 2.5) interval to (-3.0, 1.0)
- Extra Talents necessary to get all upgrades awarded every 15 levels instead of all of them at level 60, which allows for a more balanced experience imo
- Store markup from normandy completely removed. Credits are already scarce enough as is
