She looks like someone famous with this hair, I just can't remember who.
Check out this collection of Anto hair port resources from Kittentails. If you make a mod using them, you MUST credit and link back to Anto.

Is it hard to port these in LE? I have been waiting for hair mods to come out but I think it's going to take a while due to permissions
Not too hard actually- I'm a total noob to this stuff and it's basically just replacing whatever hair you decide that has the same amount of bones. The struggle comes if you have to open it in 3DSmax and weigh it yourself, which I luckily did not have to do thanks to Kittentails. Those hairs I linked are all weighed at 42 bones, which is what a lot of the hairs in LE are weighed at too (though LE3 has less), which makes it pretty easy. Here are essentially my steps for this port:
1.) Choose a hair- this hair is called Levitating
2.) Open Asset Database in Legendary Explorer
3.) Generate Database for whatever game you intend to mod
4.) Go to meshes and search HMF_HIR to see all the hairs in game
5.) Pick a mesh with the same amount of bones as the one you are replacing it with (I chose default femshep hair for this one- you can see how many bones each hair has beside it's name)
6.) On the right hand side, you'll be able to see every instance/.pcc that hair appears in. Right click and open the instances (one at a time) in meshplorer.
7.) Right click the hair on the left hand side (where its full name is written out) and choose 'Replace Mesh from UDK'
8.) Select the hair UPK from Anto's files (or whatever hair you're trying to port) and replace
9.) Repeat for all instances of that hair mesh, saving your work as you go
10.) Using Mass Effect Modder, go to Texture Manager for whatever game you just replaced the meshes for
11.) Replace HAIR_Long_Diff with the .DDS accompanying the Anto Hair Mesh (you can also just rename this file to the one it's supposed to replace and create a texture mod using mass effect modder as well, but I just replaced it directly.)
And you're pretty much done. Just make sure to back up the .pccs/meshes and textures and give it a go. :)
I've been playing around with it last night, I even tried some of Kani hime hair ports (It works in all 3 games )
Here is the link for the hair ports if you're interested ? (tumblr.com), Now I have to find a way on how to port complexion mods and I'll be set
Once again, thank you
Codes for save editor:
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROShepard.HMF_HIR_PROShepard_MDL
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Global.HAIR_Long_Diff
See my other comment for LE3 recs.
-Edit the Mod's PCC with Legendary Explorer's Package Editor.
-Clone Tree whichever hairstyle with 42 bones you want (like Hair_PROEva).
-Rename the new tree, and the Material, Mesh, and Texture(s) accordingly (Metadata-tab, change Object name).
-Change the Mesh with Mesh Explorer to Anto's one you want.
-You can also change the texture from within Package Editor. Click on it, go to the Texture-tab, change Texture Cache to "Create New TFC", then click Import from File and find the new texture file. No need to use Mass Effect Modder this way.
Then apply the mod, and change the hair in the savefile with Trilogy Save Editor to the one you just made.
The good thing about above method is that nothing is actually replaced, so it shouldn't break any other mods.... in theory...
I don't really understand, what should the new tree be called? And what code do we put into the save editor? Would be really nice to do it this was as I already have mods installedWhich file I have to open in Legendary Edition explorer to look for HMF_HIR?
I have looking for help at Legendary Edition Explorer itself, but if I click at a link, an unhandled exception occurs.
May be I have done something totally wrong :-(
I am thankful for a short reply!
You'll need to open ME3 Tweaks Mod Manager > Tools > Legendary Explorer >Utilities > Asset Database
Then in the top lefthand corner under Database you'll generate a new database for the game you're trying to add the hair to > click on the Meshes tab > search HMR_HIR (then follow the rest of the instructions from there) :)
Your advice make it more clear for me. I will make a new try later in the evening and will keep you informed,
Thanks again have a nice evening (MEZ) and stay healthy!
"For LE3, I recommend Eva's/Edi's hair.
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROEva.HMF_HIR_PROEva_MDL
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROEva.HMF_HIR_PROEdi_Diff
You can search the HMF_HIR_PRO parts in asset database to find them easier"
So I hope this helps!
when you get to replacing the texture part of the hair in Hair_LONG_Diff, once you right click on it to replace it, you'll see an image of the hair texture in the Hair folder. You'll be able to select this to replace it :)Also just another shout out to Kaylawayla for being so incredibly awesome (as well as Kittentails). Fortunately for everyone it looks like it has finally released as a mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/481?tab=description
TPF Extract Utility?
I believe she has some there that haven't been ported yet in the mod mentioned by ohheyitsashleexd (thank you for providing the link), and if you don't want to wait to have hairs ported into ME3, you'll wanna try this out anyway.
For LE3, I recommend Eva's/Edi's hair.
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROEva.HMF_HIR_PROEva_MDL
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROEva.HMF_HIR_PROEdi_Diff
You can search the HMF_HIR_PRO parts in asset database to find them easier. You can also replace textures from there, I've found, though using the option I listed before means you only have to do it once.
Hope this helps! A very kind soul (not @'ing bc I think they are leaving the nexus) showed me how to make DLC mods, which means you wouldn't have to replace any vanilla hairs- looking into that too.
My main question, (bc I'm still new to all of the modding here lmao) is when replacing the EVA/EDI hair (LE3) or even the default shep hair (for LE2), how would you go about applying that to your Custom Shep? I feel like it's probably a stupid question lmao. Like would using those hairs require more steps to apply them to your Shep or in Character Customization?
(Thank you for being so helpful omg I appreciate you)
EDIT: Saw your previous reply on the other comments, nvrmind!!
quick question (I feel like I've been all over this thread lmao) if I got one of the hairs working but changed my mind on it, is there a way to change it without the texture error popping up in MEM when I try to finish the last texture step? Like if I re-update all of the mask files and then move onto changing the texture it gives me an error saying it needs vanilla textures. I just wanna avoid having to repair my game or whatever to change the hairstyle if thats a thing?EDIT: I think I found a way? It may be to just delete the .tfc additional file (and back up my textures bc I keep forgetting lmao) I just need to learn how to do this dlc mod way for the hair but I feel so dumb LMAO
