Several changes to the Raptor Sniper Rifle's performance and aesthetic to allow it to fill more of an assault rifle role than an automatic sniper.
Gameplay Changes include: no longer scoped while aiming Double magazine capacity and max ammo 1.2x damage
Aesthetic changes: No scope by default Scope mods have a smaller scope appearance, akin to those on assault rifles
