About this mod

Increased AVP Rewards increases the number of AVP and Nexus Level achievable throughout the game.
Settlement Perks adds additional rewards to cryo pod perks, based on the colonies established.

There are two distinct mods in here. Both can be used independently but are better in conjunction.

Basics:
Increased AVP Rewards:
Increases the number of Andromeda Viability Points gathered throughout the game, in order to allow the pathfinder to unlock all Cryo Pod Perks. This does not work retroactively!

Settlement Perks:
Adds bonuses to several Cryo Pod Perks, based on the outposts established by the Pathfinder.
Requirements for v1.0:
  • Frosty v1.06 Alpha 3 or newer
  • Bioware Localization Plugin version 1.1.0.0 or newer (must fit to the Frosty version!)
  • TextMod in your game language from the TextPack available here. Currently English, German, and Spanish are available.
Compatibility: This mod is incompatible with Better Lab Technicians
and similar mods that alter the same files!

Edit: So I finally did a complete playthrough the came and had 28783 AVP, almost 600 more than i initially thought!
It is definitely enough to unlock all Cryo Pod Perks, but the last of course only unlocks after the final main mission.

The current maximum number of AVP Ryder can gather in the game seems to be 24705 (thanks again, sandwichtern!)
There is one AVP Reward that I cannot find - the one for 'Liam Kosta: Outpost Worlds'. According to the Wiki it rewards 1600 AVP, but it has no own reward logic or plotflag or similar attached that I could find.
So with that in mind, this mod should enable Ryder to reach 28184 AVP, enough to unlock all Cryo Pod Perks. Depending on whether or how the uncertain quest reward exists, it might be 400 AVP more, or 1600 less.

This - admittedly not all that useful - mod is the working 25% of something planned to be very different at first, and much larger even in the final stages. - Until all of that didn't function. So, after more than a week of failing, I'm now calling it 'feature complete' <_<

There is a new Interaction point available in the Tempest Research Room, and Nexus Colonial Affairs above Ops. It shows the known 'blinking when something is available' behaviour of other such terminals, so you don't need to check if it doesn't glow and blink.

Available from these Terminals are several 'Settlements' that offer bonuses for specific Cryo Pod Perks - if Ryder founded the corresponding outpost.
Think of these as actual new settlements or new buildings somewhere in the vicinity of the corresponding outpost, where the people thawed out with the Cryo Pod Perk then live and work - instead of all cluttering up on the Nexus.
However, this mod does not actually add new settlements or building or anything to the planets.

Note that the settlement perk will not be visible until the outpost is founded
When not stated otherwise, the bonuses from the settlements are retrieved together with the bonuses from the (timed) cryo pod perks. The perks for crafting materials (minerals, tech, organic materials) are drawn three times, so the settlement bonuses are applied three times as well.

Here is the list of Settlements, their conditions and bonuses.
  • Science Settlements
    • Eos Science Station
      • Requires: Outpost on Eos, Lab Technicians
      • Grants: Additional random number between [25-75] of research points for a random research category.
    • Havarl Peelav Research Station
      • Requires: Nexus representation on Havarl, Improved Development 2
      • Grants: Up to three additional draws of [25-75] research points for a random research category.
    • Elaaden Mining Station
      • Requires: Outpost on Elaaden, Accelerated Mining
      • Grants: Additional 50% chance to receive one or two extra mineral shipments, with increased chance to get rare Minerals.
  • Defense Settlements
    • Eos Scout Base
      • Requires: Outpost on Eos, Hunting Parties
      • Grants: Increase number of received organic materials (Chitin, Plate, Scales, Plate) from [20-40] to [20-80] Adds chance for [2-18] Eiroch Fluid Sacs to the mix.
    • Voeld Armory
      • Requires: Outpost on Voeld, Special Forces or Apex Tactics2, At least 70% viability on Voeld
      • Grants: Increase number of received tech materials from [10-30] to [15-50]. Adds additional draws for all Apex Rewards.
  • Commerce Settlements
    • Eos Energy Station
      • Requires: Outpost on Eos, Financial Infrastructure 2
      • Grants: Increase credits reward from 750 to [750-1000].
    • Kadara Trading Complex
      • Requires: Outpost on Kadara, Grey Market Connections 2
      • Grants: Doubles barter bonus to 20%
