Angara style tattoo for all human female and male preset

:: REQUIREMENTS ::
-- Used and made with an up to date game and Frosty, but I think this will works the other versions too.
-- If you have any issue, please wrote to me and I will fix it.
:: FEATURES ::
-- Replace default tattoos to Angara style tattoos. Similar tattoos wear most of Angara in the game.
-- Made for preset 01-09 if you want to use just for one preset.
-- If any NPC wear tattoos maybe this replace the original. (I didn't see that but that is can happen.)
-- You can use the HF and HM tattoo mod at the same time too.
