We all know MEA was rushed and abandoned after 10 patches (1.10) the game was never really completed in the sense of proper balance. The game has no properly balanced powers, no properly balanced guns/ weapons, no proper squad mates, bullet sponge enemies and just in general the balance of the game could have been better balanced or at least BioWare should have put more effort in trying!
Today we are gonna focus on weapons. So lucky for you, I got your back with Bad_Weapons[BEGONE] This mod tries to achieve balanced gun play, by carefully looking at each gun and try to balance them out on their particular needs. Something the base-game never achieved. Now you will be the Pathfinder with the proper firepower for the job!
What will this mod do?
> Boost to the effectiveness of more or less all guns.
> Gives a mix of major and minor changes depending on each particular gun needs.
> Offers Aggrandizement mode [more powerful overhaul with also minor stat changes on all guns]
> Offers Languorous mode [classic feeling, with no stat changes on guns]
The result?
> All guns are viable now [I believe each gun has gotten the needed changes]
> Promotes previously underwhelming guns to be a viable choice.
> Ryder [player] should now have more fair array of gun choices.
Note: All the increases and changes are within reason.
How to?
> Intstall the mod like normal.
> Save the game and load the game.
Note: You can not drop and drag the 7zip file into Frosty. You need to manually extract the mod file and place it in your mod map, desk where ever. Then you need to manually import the extracted mod file via Frosty, like normal [Import mod(s)]
What do you need?
> Suggested difficulty to play on for most engaging gameplay: Hardcore or Insanity (lower difficulty might be boring with this mod)
