Cryo Debuff increases Cryo Damage, decreases Cryo Debuff, and small profile changes.

Increases the speed of ricochet projectiles from 50 to 300. Also slightly lowers the gravity scalar for them. Indirect fire over cover is a bit more difficult now, but you can more accurately hit enemies more than a meter away.

Increases the Fusion Mod of Shielding's shield bonus to +100%, the same bonus the Mod of Health has.
Also increases the Damage Protection from the Fusion Mod of Resistance to 35 instead of 20. -
Severely lowers the intensity of Ryder's flashlight.

Reduces the detonation cooldown time before another elemental explosion can be triggered from 4s to 2s.

Sets the combo priming chance/strength of the Angaran Electric Firaan and the Kett Vakarsh to 100.

Makes the Vintage Heat Sink Augment non exclusive, so it can be paired with other exclusive augments or even itself (Don't do that, though!).

Adds a purely aesthetic targeting laser to the Phalanx pistol, based on its ME2 variant. Does not change anything about the Pistol and the targeting cross hairs remain intact for aiming.

Makes releasing the sprint modifier button go back to normal movement, instead of having to release the movement button to stop sprinting in the 'Sprint - Hold' setting.
