Changes the Tech skill Invasion so that infected targets are primed for a tech combo.
I felt there was a lack of electric primer skills in the tech tree. Overload works as a primer, but it's not shown on the tech tree. Energy Drain has an upgrade that makes it a primer, but it's a very short window. So I made this. As a plus, it also makes PeeBee more useful.
