hey sorry to disturb, i wanted to install this mod but the files it used to rely on (the frosty tools) have been removed from a moderator cuz it didnt contain the adertized files, if i was to download the mod anyways woud it work regaardless or ? thank you for your time in any case
So I'm not entirely sure I'm using this mod right because it seems like my camera angle hasn't changed. Of course, I'm more used to "put mod in mod manager, hit install/activate/etc, and it just works" mods and I get the feeling there's more than that to it here.
Hi, i am trying to set the exploration camera offset to the right with frosty editor, but when i rotate the camera it get reversed. I've read the previous posts regarding the rotation but i can't find a way to solve my issue. It should be the YawAxis, but i can't figure out...
I am very concerned about the onset of motion sickness with some video games. In your case, it could be linked to an ability, as Biotic Blink – I propose an add-on just for that reason –, or something else you need to figure out. You can try the version 1.1.0 (Old Files) – it keeps all Vanilla settings regarding the Field of View.
Thanks for reply. Your mod works very well, but it's only incompatible with my vision system, it's pathological.
I think the cause is related to the off-center position of the camera which gives a view of the sight style slightly asymmetrical with respect to the positioning of the head.
so, during fast travel mainly, it disrupts the logic of the perspectives of the scenery, which in my case seems daunting, even after less than 3 minutes in game in the Nexus, for example.
People like me, sensitive to Vertigo, will suffer from the same very unpleasant visual discomfort, since it is linked to the very functioning of the brain, which has no medical or technical solution... lol
Those who do not suffer from this problem do not know their happiness :)
Oh, that's a great warning. I'm also very sensitive to the field of view, so I won't risk it. It's a pity, of course, then I'll try to play around with the in-game FOV.
Hey, would you be able to explain how you did this with Frosty Editor? I assume it is done in the Game->Cameras section but I'm not sure if it's a rig or where to edit it within the rig.
Edit: I've figured it out, it's done via camera rigs. Exploration mode is for planets and playerhubcamerarig is for interiors. You change the offsets in controller 0. However, what I'd like to know is how to change camera distance. That's the bigger problem.
There is a list of all affected files in the description. If by "camera distance" you mean the distance between the camera and the character, then that's the "Z" value in the "Offset" — changing the "Z" value may create a bug for those using a controller! Altering the position of the camera induces that you also have to verified the rotation. Same path but "Controllers [1]"
I was exploring many options to correct the rotation of the camera inside "Controllers [1]" but I can't find it, do you remember which ones were correct, I would really appreciate it!
I mean the rotation point of the camera, because I already know where the reflection is adjusted. :D
Basically, you need to evaluate the segments for the "YawAxis" (left, right) and the "PitchAxis" (up, down).
For instance

I really want to try this out, the vanilla camera angle drives me nuts.. but FMM will not activate this mod for me =/ using the latest of everything - fresh install yesterday
work well, thanksI prefer a higher vertical view in all my games to the 3rd person center viewbut the problem Frosty Tool Suite for MEA freeze the game after a few minutes it 's no longer tracked on Nexus seems to be in another galaxy . some link is broken .. is there another mod management ?

I actually still have an older version of Frosty installed.
