I always liked biotic blink but just wished it could have been on other profiles, so now it is.
The changes apply to the Adept and Vanguard classes only (Includes all ranks). I will eventually try to add it to all classes but at this time the non-biotic classes crash the game so for now it will only work on the explorer (Obviously), Adept and Vanguard classes.
Their will be two main files:
Must be installed through Frosty Mod Manager!
If you have any issues please post a bug or comment and i will get to it as soon as possible.
