Complexion for preset 4 "Kent". Prettied up a bit.

Smoothed out skin texture, touched up normal map, reshaped eyebrows and the right corner of the lower lip (you probably won't notice the difference, but it always bugged me).
Should be compatible with any other texture replacements that don't affect 4th preset's complexion.
Use Frosty Mod manager for installation.
Note: I can't play on Ultra or High settings, so I have no idea how this texture would look on these (or on high resolution monitors). But in any case, if you are looking for mind-blowing quality, you'll probably be disappointed.
Another note: other presets may show some asymmetry when it comes to the left eyebrow - it may be oddly shaped or arched higher than the right. Because preset 4 is weird that way and adjustments had to be made.
