Move this file in your "...\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Andromeda\Save"
You can also find the preset off the Appearence on the masseffectarchives.com at this link :

Just click on "Use appearence" on the web page and in the game, at the creation step, click on "import data".
You will have then the new appearence in the "personalize appearence" section above.
