Use the Frosty Tool Suite Mod Manager to use the mod; just load the zip file as a mod - no need to extract.
This mod will conflict with any others that edits material costs. Any mods underneath the mod are applied last - and as such will overwrite this one.

Description
When you deconstruct you get 60% of the materials back instead of 20%
Augments are returned to you when you deconstruct, so hopefully it gives you more incentive to experiment with making items while not feeling bad for upgrading between each tier.
