Removes the pixelated mess from Gil's clothing (and every other NPC who uses this outfit).

The clothing that Gil uses is tinted with an unsightly pixelated grid texture. Changing that texture would change it throughout the whole game, which might be undesirable. Instead, I've simply removed the tintable area from the clothing so the texture doesn't appear. The result is a more plain outfit, but I think it looks better without the pixelation.
Note that this will affect every NPC that also uses this same outfit.
Works in 1.08.
