Tweaks the game's camera offsets and mouse sensitivity settings. X and Y sensitivity values are unified and the camera position is a bit more sensible

Andromeda's camera is positioned comically high, so I adjusted it to suit my tastes.
Also, Andromeda features different X and Y sensitivity values for different camera rigs. I adjusted these as well so they are all the same on both axes.
