Despite being a rare-tier assault rifle, the X5 Ghost only has 2 augmentation slots by default (3 with the Innovation Cryo Pod Perk). This mod ups the default count to 3 (4 with Innovation). This way, it's on the same tier as the other rare assault rifles in the game.
This was made using v1.0.6.3 of the Frosty Toolsuite. To my knowledge, it is incompatible with any previous versions of the suite. It will also be incompatible with any other mods that affect the crafting recipe for the X5 Ghost assault rifle.
Install using v1.0.6.3 of the Frosty Mod Manager.
