I was looking for a resource like this but couldn't find it, so I made it.
Spreadsheet was first, then copied and edited into Access file so it can be sorted.
You'll need Microsoft Office, with Excel and Access to use these fully, it's been >5 years since I last used Access, so sorry for any obvious screw ups. Thank you.
