Exchanges Drack's yellow armor for a brown color scheme, and makes the bones look older like he's kept the same bones for a long time. Since krogan helmets seem to be shared with other models I've left the helmet be, so if there's a mismatch that bothers you, I suggest playing with squad member helmets toggled off.
