Jack..............Was sucked up by the Seeker Swarms
Thane Krios......2nd Fire Team leader. Was killed during link up.
Samara..... Broke her neck in the fall (not loyal, Mornith never discussed)
Grunt..........Died fighting Rachni (Not Loyal, was not loved by other Krogans)
Mordin.........Cured Genophage, Died
Kaiden Alenko....Died during standoff against Shepard in Cerberus Coup.
Legion.........Died doing upload to Geth (Peace was achieved with Quarians at least).
Miranda.........Died in Shepard arms, Shepard's second Waifu.
