Biotic and tech powers penetrate shields.
This may not working as good as version for ME2, may not works on enemies with resistances.
Additional information:
Using any mods in multiplayer is at your own risk. When making mod I didn't added additional Mount Flags so either way mod rather works only in singleplayer.
INSTALLATION
1. Download file
2. Open ME3Tweaks Mod Manager
3. Drag downloaded file into Mod Manager
4. Apply or import the mod. If you import - click mod name on the list and then click Apply Mod at the bottom right of the window.
This is mod for Mass Effect 3 Original Trilogy.
UNINSTALL:
In ME3Tweaks click Manage Target (first make sure that location for Mass Effect 3 Original Trilogy is selected ) and find this mod "ME3 Powers Penetrate Shields" (it is in default opened bookmark: "Installed DLC Mods" ) - you can disable and delete mod.
