In ME3 to walk you need hold button. With this mod walking is toggle like in ME1 - click once to enable walking (disable jog ), click again to disable walking (enable jog ).
You can install version with unlocked T key to bind (originally T key was hard bind to "chat button" - I changed it to Y ). T was default button for Walking in ME1 and now T can be bind as Walking or whatever you want in ME3. There is also mod version with only unlocked T key bind.

Additional information:
Using any mods in multiplayer is at your own risk. When making mod I didn't added additional Mount Flags so either way mod probably works only in singleplayer.

INSTALLATION
1. Download preferred version (only one file from those: toggle walk / toggle walk + unlocked T key bind / unlocked T key bind).
2. Open ME3Tweaks Mod Manager
3. Drag downloaded file into Mod Manager 
4. Apply or import the mod. If you import - click mod name on the list and then click Apply Mod at the bottom right of the window.

UNINSTALL:
In ME3Tweaks click Manage Target (first make sure that location for Mass Effect 3 Original Trilogy is selected ) and find this mod (it is in default opened bookmark: "Installed DLC Mods" ) - you can disable and delete mod.
