Like it says on the tin: this is just a tiny, simple mod that changes my waifu's Garrus' eyes to a pretty blue color with a feline (diamond-shaped) pupil using textures I painted from scratch, based off of LE's larger scale textures. Install with ALOT installer or Mass Effect Modder v439.

I plan on releasing versions for ME1&2 OT, and ME:LE as well.

Please let me know how it goes, if you like it, or if you have any issues. But, most importantly, enjoy! <3

!! IMPORTANT !!
Before installing texture mods, it's a very, very good idea to back up your game! You can do this through ME3TWeaks ModManager > Backup & Restore > Backup. It will save you so much time, and so many headaches, I promise.

Make sure to install this after ALOT (A Lot of Textures), if you're going to use it! (And remember: content mods go before textures, always! Failing to do so will break your game and you will have to vanilla it before attempting to mod again.)

INSTALLATION

Using the ALOT installer:

(you can download it through ME3Tweaks ModManager > Tools > ALOT Installer.)

  • Drag and drop the .mem file into the installer window.
  • Select Install Textures on the bottom right-hand corner.
  • Make sure User Files is ticked once you're ready.

Using Mass Effect Modder:
(you can download it through ME3Tweaks ModManager > Tools > Mass Effect Modder; v500+ is for LE, v439 is for OT; for this one, you'll want to make sure you have v439, the OT version.)

  • Click on Mods Manager > Mods Installer.
  • Click add to list, locate your desired mods and then select them.
  • Click Install all mods (or selected mods with Shift + LMB)

And you're done! Good job! :D

  • To uninstall textures: restore your game via backup. ME3TWeaks ModManager > Backup & Restore > Restore.

Mods Featured in Screenshots:

I am, by no means, a modder; I just like to play around with things, and I'm very much an amateur at best. This is my very first mod so, please, bear with me. If you have any questions, concerns, etc., feel free to leave a message here, or a comment/post, of course. You can also join the amazing Mass Effect Modding Discord! I'm usually lurking around in there somewhere, and there's always someone around who will be able to help. If it weren't for the wonderful people there, I would not have gotten anywhere, let alone do this -- whatever this is lol.

Happy modding!
