A nice preset for older computers and very easy to install.

If you have an older PC you may find this works more smoothly than the latest version of Reshade, you can test this by watching a few cutscenes and looking out for small amounts of choppiness.
The preset uses hdr and Lumasharpen and a few other things to add some colour. This is mostly about enhancing the original look of ME3 which is of course the dark final chapter, it does however change the rather muted colour palette to give a bit more contrast.
To install just put files in MassEffect3\Binaries\Win32 folder. Turn on and off with Scroll Lock.
