Take Earth Back is in production for Mass Effect Legendary Edition and is coming along nicely. As a consequence of this, all development on this version of the mod has ended.
If you have Respawn Mod or the PV Compatiblity Patches active we recommend deactivating those. We think those are responsible for causing this issue, but we aren't 100%.
This will probably not going to happen, (But ask never hurted anyone.) On next updates, you guys could make Take Earth Back compatible with a mod called "No More Injured Shepard"?
I'm afraid you're right that this isn't going to happen. I, personally, am pretty much done with Take Earth Back but a few modders are still polishing off some incomplete content for it. We're hoping to rebuild it for ME:LE eventually, so who knows, maybe we'll look into such compatibility then :)
I will not write this as a bug (since I'm not competent enough to understand the functioning). But when landing on Earth Cortez wears his Alliance casuals not the armor that Project Variety is supposed to give him. Is it possible this mod overrides PV somehow here?
The most i liked was the amount of allies on the Earth hub. It really makes you feel you didn't gather them all just for EMS numbers how it was in original PE. And seeing different races running to the beam was awesome too!
We like the idea of bringing your entire squad with you, but there are issues with it just as there were issues with whether or not we would bring other allies into the combat area. These issues all boil down to the map being short and not particularly wide in area, plus the necessary combat rebalancing that would have to occur, such as detecting whether certain crewmen are alive and how the number of enemies changes based on that.
Its something we'll always be considering how to do, so I cannot and will not say it'll never happen, but right now we just haven't settled on a good way of presenting it.
This is on Bioware not even bothering to make a truly FINAL battle worth a trilogy (even if it is as simple as everyone else fight on the second front and radio in like in ME2).
Keep up the good work, I can't wait what else you come up with! =D
Yeah, I was quite disappointed when it turned out that they did nothing to the final mission for the remaster. I had hoped they would realise that it was a bit poor and try to improve it. Looks like its on us.
There won't be many more patches, and none that add any content beyond dialogue/bug fixes for this version. I can't predict how it will differ with the remastered version, but we'll see how that goes.
The scion on oxford circus sticks out like a sore thum subo ptimally for a couple reasons
1.) In that situation, it is a bit difficult to fight it cuz it has a clear shot the whole time and can easily drive you out of cover. A bit op 2,.) He is an odd addition cuz there are no other collector enemies. It would be best to add some more (although all of the collectors would stick out in a sea of reaper troops) or simply replace him with a ravager
1) The Scion does have the high ground and he can drive you out of cover, but he is far from invincible. If you skip back to the farthest cover from him, his high ground loses some of its impact and you can mop him up from there 2) Scions have backed Reaper forces since ME2, so we were restoring that relationship. The Scion is only intended to appear if you have already fought and killed them as part of the Ark Mod, if not, the Ravager spawns as per normal. It is why the Tyrant only spawns for those who fought it in Spectre Expansion Mod.

I am returning to Mass Effect after a hiatus, and am a bit confused.
Thank you!
Was there anything in particular that really sold the mission to you or that you really liked?
Still the fact that only two, of our what seven companions are one the final mission to win it ALL go with us.
Even noob Bioware team knew better, making Andromeda.
Still, you made it that much immersive, thank you!
