Description
__________________________________________________________________________

Priority: Earth Overhaul Mod [PEOM] is a comprehensive attempt to fix and improve Mass Effect 3's final mission in every way possible, ranging from simple gameplay improvements like re-balanced enemy spawns and bug fixes, to entirely new cutscenes built by hand.

In this release, we’re releasing the complete Stage 1.

So what are these Stages that we keep mentioning, and what content do they have? To best answer that, we strongly encourage you to watch the following two videos. They're narrated and will provide you with an in-depth look at Stage 1, the mod itself, and what Stages are to begin with.

The mod has recently come out of suspension after a long battle for our legal rights. The battle which we unfortunately lost. A new "Corporate" version of the mod has been uploaded, that conforms to EA and Nexus' "rules". Everything is the same, except that some "illegal" pieces of audio content have been replaced.

Recruitment
__________________________________________________________________________
We're recruiting! We are opening our doors again, and we need people of all skills to help us develop the project.

Specifically, we're looking for:
- A talented animator skilled in 3DS Max or other 3D animation software.
- Testers/Assistants, for bug hunting and testing experimental and new changes.
- Voice Actors

We're looking for people who are willing to chat and engage in daily topics, and not mute the server after a few days, so ideally you should also be communicative, chaty and open to discussion.

For Voice Actors, the most important thing is that you have a quality microphone. Regardless of your acting range, we can always fine a role for you. But if your audio quality is subpar, there isn't much we'll be able to do.

Finally, for Testers/Assistants, the most important thing is that you have plenty of free time. Your tasks will vary from time to time, but it usually revolves around testing new features, hunting for bugs, trying to break things, fetching files or data, or doing tasks that would save us time.

Our team is located on Discord, so if you think you have what it takes, don't hesitate to contact us!

Special Thanks

This mod wouldn't have gotten anywhere without the amazing support of my mentor, other modders, and especially my team. Proper credits are due.

Giftfish/moho25: For everything. From my baby steps all the way to my most complex problems, Giftfish has been there for me. Her endless patience, support and understanding, altruism and her ability to teach have been solely responsible for getting me this far, and without her this mod likely wouldn't even exist.

Kinkojiro: For offering me technical support, troubleshooting, working on the PEOM/EGM compatibility, and always jumping in to prevent some big disaster and offer a solution. Solely responsible for solving some of my hardest bugs. You're the man.

Mellin: For his exceptional talent with Blender, and anything related to textures and 3D models. Special honors for his unconditional loyalty, dedication and putting up with all my bullshit.

Deadspear: For exceptional friendship and support, especially through my darkest periods. Did I also mention all the endless testing he did? This guy is the best tester you ever could wish for. And thanks for all the late-night talks.

Sil/Tydeous: For being one of my first, and best, friends in the modding community. Sil was there with me from the very beginning and has seen me through thick and thin. An amazing friend, one that I couldn't imagine my modding career without.

Furinax: For his mind-blowing talent with 3DS Max and voice acting. Can somebody please hire him as an animator already? Thanks.

Mgamerz: For his dedication to developing his version of the toolset. For countless technical support, fulfilling my requests for toolset development, and teaching me pretty much all I know about Pathing in ME3.

BladeZero: For his admirable enthusiasm and belief in accomplishing the impossible.

Deager: For getting me setup and helping me with my very first changes. Ahhh, those were the days.
