High resolution texture for the Cerberus Harrier.

Description: 
This is an all new texture for the Cerberus Harrier. I've put out mods of this before on the BSN, but I was never happy with them. This is an all new texture that shares nothing with my earlier work. None of this texture hasn't been massaged, manipulated or replaced. The specular map and tint maps were created entirely from scratch to eliminate the artifacts and undesirable hold overs that can come through from using blending techniques to create those textures. The tint map for the Harrier was one of the worst in the game. It was of very low quality and for some stupid reason, the body changed colors in separate sections. This has been changed. The weapon now changes color uniformly across the body of the weapon. Color changes no longer occur for some modifications such as the recoil stabilization mod as a result of this change but I think you'll agree that this was worth ditching to make the color change across the body all at once. Because this weapon texture is so fickle, the tint map is done at a higher resolution than one might ordinarily use. This ensures the details aren't obscured or blured by the overlay. 

Mod Considerations / Compatibility: 
At this time I know of no compatibility or any technical issues with this mod.

Absolutely none that I know of. 

Additional Notes:
This is not the same mod I had available on the BSN. It is entirely new. I started from the stock texture, and used it as a template creating most everything myself with few exceptions. There is nothing in common with the original BSN version. I'm pretty happy with this one so I don't think I'll be making any changes to it going forward. I spent a lot of time on it as it is.
