Graphic improvements by using enhanced Unreal engine 3 in-game settings.

Mass Effect trilogy is build on Unreal Engine 3 which base settings can be tweaked by editing game configuration files - .ini-s.

In Mass Effect 3 we don`t see all graphic options in main menu or in MassEffect3Config.

GamerSettings.ini - is user`s custom configuration file that overrides base game graphical settings that stored in Coalesced.bin.

The main goal of this tweaks is to make the game look better by enhancing, altering and disabling in-game settings.

There are several improvements:
- Custom in-game resolution;
- Disable PostProcessEffects - Bloom, FilmGrain, MotionBlur, DepthOfField, AmbientOcclusion;
- Disable in-game Post process anti-aliasing;
- Increased Texture resolution, Level of Detail, quality;
- Increased Shadow resolution, saturation, quality, filtering;
- Performance optimization;
- Console enabled, key: [<`>] (tilde);

Detailed descriptions are provided in Readme file;

^ World textures, shadows and characters looks sharp, less glowing, more detailed, more bright;
^ Here is used vanilla game engine technics that cause less impact on performance, none game crashes; 
^ Possibility to:
  - safe with full capability add SweetFX and ENB presets;
  - change native in-game settings as you see fit;

Bioware when creating ME3 used DepthOfField, Bloom and LensFlares PostProcessEffects to hide LowResolution textures via blurring them.
When you turn them off in config file they may look less detailed and more sharp. 
World color schema may look 'washed out' - colors became less saturated.

I recomend to add:
-  Anti-aliasing in your graphic card to smooth world textures (greater screen resolution - less AA needed);
Multisampling (MSAA):
1920x1080 - 2x
1680x1050, 1600x900 - 2x or 4x
1366x768 and less - 8x
- Use SweetFX and ENB presets to increase and alter game color schema;

When you launch ME3 in My documents the game creates folder 'BioWare\Mass Effect 3\' and config file GamerSettings.ini with in-game settings by-default.
Game engine will automatically generate settings for your PC in GamerSettings.ini / [AppCompat];
When you change Graphic settings (for example screen resolution) - all changes you apply will be stored in GamerSettings.ini;
When you delete file or folder there - the game will create a new one with default settings.

INSTALLATION - C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\Config > place file there > override ? > yes.

Alternative installation: Open tweaked file and copy all lines exept those are present in your default GamerSettings.ini :
[AppCompat], [SaveGames], Resolution.

Download Notepad++ 6.9.1
DO NOT USE Word, Wordpad or notepad - this will screw up your game.
- go to: C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\Config and open GamerSettings.ini;
- in there right-click on GamerSettings.ini and open with notepad++

In Notepad++ add plugin 'Compare' (main panel > plugins> plugin manager > show plugin manager > find plugin 'Compare' > Install > (if program asks if you would like to update manager - yes, only once). Open two GamerSettings.ini-s> main panel > plugins> Compare > select one of two files 'set a first to compare' > switch to second file > plugins> Compare > compare > Now you can see differences between two files - they are highlighted)

(If you want to rollback to default settings just delete GamerSettings.ini).

How to use: // Mass Effect 3 Coalesced.bin tool disassembles  Coalesced.bin to .json files, which can be assembled back after adding changes //
- To decompile:
Drop a coalesced file onto the Gibbed.MassEffect3.Coalesce.EXE to decompile the .bin file into .json files. It will decompile to a folder with the same filename (sans the extension) as the .bin file.
- To (re)compile:
Drop the folder with the .json files that were decompiled (and maybe edited) back onto the Gibbed.MassEffect3.Coalesce.EXE. It will make a new .bin file with the same name as the folder with a .bin extension.

Graphical settings are stored in: 04_bioengine.json
