I have been given permission by ELE08 to upload a metpf version of her amazing ME3 Character Texture Overhaul.  It works with both ME3Explorer 2.0 and the new ME3Explorer 3.0.  If you like this please endorse her original file and ME3Explorer which allowed me to update ELE08's creation.  Use TPF Tools in ME3Explorer 3.0 to install.
