local_profile.sav with all accomplishments.

File is not originally mine and I found it from the 2013 depths of Google.

Put the local_profile.sav file to Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\Save
Restart game few times if you don't get all the accomplishments.
I got myself only the base game accomplishments on first launch.
