Some textures can't be upscaled for some reason. When a new texture is added in the Texplorer it is added to the new Texture Cache File CustTextures_.tfc rather than Textures.tfc, but for these files this does not occur, resulting in abnormal textures. However, if the new textures are the same size as the original then textures can be changed.
