I've simply edited the coalesced.bin to raise the values of every war asset. That means you can now reach the minimum amount of military strenght for the "best" ending of Mass Effect 3 more fast and easy without playing any multiplayer matches.
There are three files you can choose from:
Installation:
Make a backup of your coalesced.bin file found in "gamedirectory"/BIOGame/CookedPCConsole
then just replace the coalesced.bin file with one of the files you can download here.
Uninstall:
Simply replace the modified coalesced.bin with your backup file.
Requirements:
There aren't any requirements I think.
Notes:
This will only effect new war assets you receive, the values of the assets you've already received will not change. So it's recommended to start a new game.
This mod doesn't work with any mods that affect the coalesced.bin file.
Works with all official DLC.
DON'T PLAY ONLINE IF YOU'VE INSTALLED THIS MOD! Bioware may will recognize this tweak as cheat and'll probably ban you.

- "war assets x2" will double the value of all military war assets, so the effective military strength will be as high as you've got a galactic readiness about 100 %. This is the file I recommend to use.
- "war assets x5" and "war assets x10" will multiply the military war assets by 5 or 10. This will raise your military strength really fast. These files are e.g. for those who want the "best" ending in a speedrun.
