At last, updated all three versions to ME3Explorer 3.0. Currently they do not yet include helmets, as I haven't gotten them working right for the Reckoner Knight variations yet. All three armors are packaged together with instructions and source files in one handy zip file. Enjoy! :)


Please Note: All of my mods currently require REV 653 of ME3Explorer, available here (under Optional Files) on the Nexus.  I am looking into updating them to the newest stable release of ME3Explorer and/or DLC mods (assuming I can ever get DLC mods to work...), but my modding time is currently limited and I don't know when or if that will happen.  Please be sure tokeep a copy of REV 653 if you wish to use my mods for the time being. Thanks! :)

Also, I hope to add proper helmets, including Getorex's awesome clear-faced helmets, for all three versions in the updates. (Still in progress!)

The N7 Black armor is now available in DLC format as part of CaptainObviousau's wonderful N7 Armor Mod! :D

******UPDATES******

Updated 11/7/15: I've added a new recolor inspired by this incredible fanart by shalizeh and intended to compliment the upcoming newly released Cullen Face Mod by poophairjones. This new Inquisition armor mod is entirely self-contained and will replace the Inferno armor only. It can be used with either of the other two armors replacing the Reckoner-Knight.  Happy N7 Day everybody! :D

Updated 3/6/15: Added an optional download that will replace the Reckoner-Knight armor instead.  The Inferno and Reckoner-Knight replacers can be installed together, allowing both armors to be in the locker at once.

******DESCRIPTION******

This mod will replace the Inferno or Reckoner-Knight armor with Kaidan's armor in either a custom N7 black, white & red color scheme or the original blue & white.  The .mod files have been edited so the textures will not affect female Shepard's armors.  Source files are included for manual installation.

The .mod files were created with the latest ME3Explorer SourceForge release (rev 653, available here).  If you've never used me3explorer before, go here and follow the instructions closely. 

******INSTALLATION******

To install, simply load the desired .mod in ME3Explorer's Mod Maker and hit Run All.  Once it is done, run the TOCBin Updater from the Tools menu and click YES once the scan is finished.

To unlock the armor in your locker, download this tool and open up the Coalesced.bin file located in your Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole folder.  Navigate to biogame.ini-sfxgame-sfxplayercustomization-fullbodyappearances and add the following at the bottom and save:

For Inferno armor:

To wear headgear with this armor, you'll need to make it a chestpiece.  To do so, add the following lines to the bottom of the appropriate sections under sfxplayercustomization:

In armappearances, add: (Id=77,Name=813578,Description=813579,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Arms) 
In legappearances, add: (Id=77,Name=813578,Description=813579,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Legs)  
In shoulderappearances, add: (Id=77,Name=813578,Description=813579,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Shoulders)

Then add the line for whichever armor you want to use at the bottom of the torsoappearances section.  In your locker the armor will be listed at the end of the torso section.  Choose it, then click through the arms, shoulders, and legs until they disappear.  Choose your preferred headgear and you're set to go :)
