This was created with the newest version of ME3 explorer, v0108. You must use this version in order for the mod to work.

However since this mods the DLC you must take these extra steps in ME3 Explorer:

1. Go to Developer Tools -> TOC -> DLC TOCbin Updater
2. Click File -> Check SFAR
3. Now navigate to BIOGame - DLC - DLC_Exp_Pack002 - CookedPCConsole - Default.sfar
4. Double click Default.sfar to run the scan, then hit ok when it's finished
5. Now go to Tools -> TOCbinUpdater
6. Click File, then check PCConsoleTOC.bin
7. Navigate to PCConsoleTOC.bin in your BIOGame folder and run the scan on it
8. Now you are done!

I should also mention that when you mod DLC, your game may fail the DLC authorization check when it loads. Â If this happens to you, there is a quick and easy solution right here:
