Thank you so much for sharing this ELE08. It seems the recent upload archive is corrupted as it won't open after downloading, I tried downloading multiple time from different browsers even, but it is the same archive corrupted error.
I use this mod everytime I replay ME3, and with the Legendary Edition coming out, I hope this gets ported to that (when modding picks back up), as this FemShep is my Headcanon. There is no other Shepard in my books.

If it's possible to mod the LE (which I have no doubt it will be at some point) I plan on porting her over, and to all 3 games. It is possible to mesh mod the OG 1 and 2 now, so fingers crossed it becomes possible in LE. That goes for my hair edits as well, because ugh, those lumpy buns are in all three now, zeus preserve me.
This is contingent on being able to with the old mod files - all my raw files were lost years ago in a hard drive failure :((( I'm pretty sure I can extract them, but again, I have no idea as it all depends.
So thank you everyone, and yes I am still around, and circumstances allowing I will be updating my mods, time and tools permitting.
Update: As an fyi, unfortunately I will not be porting this to LE. I gave it a try a few separate times in my spare time, and there are a few road blocks keeping it from happening. The biggest, I no longer have editing software, so any meshes would have to be used as is. LE has a lot of little changes that make a direct port incompatible without essentially remaking everything. (IE, the hair works in 1 and 2 but not 3 now. The head no longer works as-is in any of them. Etc.)
I am sorry to anyone that was hoping to use it and I have appreciated all the kind comments. As an endnote, any of the textures or meshes I've shared over the years are free for anyone to use in their own mods or whatever.
Update 12/25/21: So rather inadvertently while editing my main Shepard I figured out how to port this mod to legendary edition as headmorphs for the save editor instead of as a mesh replacer. Link here and in the description.

This Femshep has been my go-to in ME3 ever since you first released your mod, and it would be absolutely phenomenal to be able to play her through the entire trilogy!
I had used your mod for my old games and I loved it !! It's my ideal femshep ! I hope you will import the mod for LE I'm only waiting for that ! You have all our support
I love all of your mods and I am so happy to hear you are planning on bringing this one especially to LE. I made a new char in LE and every time I saw a cut scene it just wasn't the same without your mod. So thank you for this and everything else you do!
I'm hoping to see this mod available for the legendary edition at some point in the near future. With the fake-looking beauty pageant contestant being the default option and the limited and questionable options in the character editor, it's just not possible to have a Shepard without jarring facial features otherwise. Ellise has ported her Shepard retexture, so presumably the required tools to port this one as well are available by now. I'd use that but I prefer the way you did the eyebrows.
