I think the only issue comes with the fact Maya Brooks' alliance uniform uses the same texture, so it looks kinda odd. Not sure about the officers in the prologue on Earth either, haven't checked.
But then again, it's not a thing that can be changed with tools we have.
It does replace some of the Officer's uniforms that use the same dress 'skin' as Shepard's formal blues. I tend to believe it's just a different branch of the Alliance when I play. Like a Marine branch maybe? XD
I would say that since Cerberus was formerly part of the Alliance, then it should not be too out of place to find similar uniforms. In fact I would say that it is suspicious that Cerberus seems to have almost identical assets to the Alliance's main forces. But then again that is the nature of a black-ops group. The Alliance has full deniability.;D
hey, this mod looks super cool, but for some reason it isnt working for me? going thru me3explorer and everything. i dont rly want to use the .tpf and make all the dress uniforms white; do you have any ideas as to why it might not work?
The extension of this upload is .mod, which is normally associated with movie clips. Don't be confused, it is NOT a movie clip. With a little creativity ( Google search "how to install .mod files Mass Effect" ), you can find installation instructions such as this one: http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/tutorial-installing-mod-files-t321.html
I love this little mod. The white uniform is nice but by changing the uniforms of a some of the officers it adds a lot to the opening scenes. The link below will take you to some pictures of the other officers wearing white. As Lonethiella said below, I like to think that the white uniforms are worn my those in special forces while the Blues are for those strictly in Fleet.

Try this mod, and tried that White Specters too. Can´t make this or that one works.
