I'm afraid I must ask. Can this mod cause the inability to start New Game (by importing or creating a New character, doesn't matter). Thing is, after installed this one and last version of EGM the game starts, loads already existing saves, but when I try to start a New Game it just shows me a Loading screen forever. Sorry for suspecting this mod, but I'm afraid EGM authors restricted their comment section.
I don't think my mod is the cause of your problem, it makes very minor texture changes. I highly doubt that EGM and my mod would conflict with each other. EGM makes so many changes to the game, so it's likely that something went wrong there. I have used EGM and my mod together in the past and it worked fine. Do you use other mods?
And here I am very late but with understanding, after shuffling dozens of mods on this game! EGM is aaalways to blame in such cases since it pokes it's dirty fingers into too many holes!
Hey, long time no see. Turns out i decided to modify your scars (for my personal use only of course). I extracted them and made a custom scar out of the different textures. So far no problem, then used TPF Tool to make a tpf and installed it using the Alot texture installer, and the results were...not good. The scars show, but my shepard's face it pink and glossy all over.
If you edit the first save the game makes after creating your character, you can reload it and it starts you at the beginning with the scars. I think it's called "chaptersave".

EDIT: Apologies, it was something on my end, it's working now with no issues! Thanks again! ___ Unfortunately using Gibbed at all is giving me a CTD when I try to load any of my saves (I made backups so all is not lost). Is there any way to install this without Gibbed?
I'm using ALOT for the first time, and I'm wondering if that's part of the issue
Like i mentioned on the ME2 of this version of this mod, will this work on a Paragon shep? In addition, i'm using a Customshep but using a default faceMesh. will this apply to a custom shep using the default mesh? I have a screenshot loaded on my profile to explain what i mean.
The scar will always be visible on your Shepard, regardless of your morality. You can only get rid of it, if edit your save file again. But I believe, it doesn't work with the default head meshes.
I can now confirm that as long as you use a custom headcode, you CAN use the default face Mesh with this mod. I used scar 10 for females, so with my custom hair it's hard to see the scar on the eyebrow but in cutscenes or dialogue scenes, any closeups do show the lip scar
I see that someone else had a similar problem, but I'm not quite sure if that's still relevant to me. I don't get any error messages when using the current version of ME3 Explorer, 3.0. However, in 107k, TPF Tools can't find the files in the tree: They're not even built, and I'm quite sure why.
Did you build a ME3 tree with the Texplorer? If not, start the Texplorer and let the program scan your game files. Install the mod again, after the scanning is finished.
The glowing texture means, that the mod wasn't installed correctly.
The mod has to overwrite the texture of the lazarus scars to show up on your character. But if you are renegade the orange glow will still be there. Only problem is that it will look very flat.

Reworked the female scars. Deleted the outdated .mod file.
Use TPF Tools for installation.
Good luck saving the galaxy!

If you wanted more, you would have to edit the texture of the scar you are using.
Any advice?
