    Is that a body mod or vanilla?

      It's a "casual outfit" obtained modding the coalesced.ini file or installing mods that unlock others outfits like Mother Of All Mods.

      Oh, that I know, I was wondering about the body itself, I don't remember it looking so good.


      Also you have any facial mod? She looks really good, I don't remember if it's from the game itself, I'm currently replaying the whole franchise for the 6th time xD
      Just finished ME1.

      The Headmorph it's from JRsV's "Alice Shepard" from masseffect2faces.

      I've changed makeup, skin tone and eyes color editing the save file (Gibbed's Save Editor for ME3)

      Beside that, the game it's heavily modded with MOAM 2.6, various high resolution mods, Cinema Mod and forcing SGSSAA 8x and other filters from nvidia inspector control panel.
