With the exception of the hair, tiny teaks in the mouth, and some color adjustments... This is how my ME2 save spit her out. Not 100% perfect, but I think she's my favorite anyway. 

I've even tried to back port her into ME1 with some sucess. Which is more than I can say for my intentions to do a non-paragon, non-sniping, non-Kaidan romance run... That was about as successful as me being anything but a mage and going after anyone other than Cullen in DA:I. Which is to say, not at all.
