EGM Squadmate Casuals
Squadmate Casual outfits are worn on the Normandy, Citadel and other casual hubs. Each squadmate has a variety of outfits that can be changed as you want..
Select the outfit you want via the EGM Settings tool. The change will be implemented the next time you reload on the Normandy or in the Apartment (not between the Citadel DLC missions). Certain outfits require DLC, the EGM Squadmate Pack or the EGM Custom Extras Pack.
Garrus
Default - Gold Trim - Camouflage (From Ashes) - Terminus (APP) - Gold Trim Casual (EGM default) - C-SEC (ME1) - Formalwear
(Also automatic = same as current mission armor)

When on the Normandy and Citadel Presidium Garrus will wear his selected casual outfit.
Camo and Terminus require Custom Extras Pack and From Ashes DLC/Alternate Appearance DLC.
Between the Citadel DLC missions he will wear armor, whichever armor he wears during the missions. For the party he can be casual. In the Casino he will wear formal.
He will always wear either casual or formal if invited to the cabin when romanced.
EDI
Metal (default) - Black/Blue Leather - Alliance Leather (From Ashes) - Alternate Appearance (APP) - Formalwear (EGM Squadmate Pack)
Synth Skin (Dr Eva) - Automatic (same as armor)

Formalwear was intended for EDI if she went to the Casino mission, but was never used. It requires the EGM Squadmate Pack and Citadel DLC.
Alliance Leather and Alternate Appearance require their respective DLCs and the EGM Custom Extra - Casual.
Synth Skin is the synthetic epidermis used by Dr Eva during her Mars Infiltration. To use it the formula must be recovered from Cerberus. If the Synth Skin option is selected without having the formula it will revert to the default skinless metal body.
EDI will appear in the default metal suit during her reveal. Between Citadel DLC missions EDI will have the same outfit as her mission armor.
Liara
Shadow Broker (default) - Scientist (ME1) - Pink Broker (Collector's Edition) - Alternate Appearance (APP)

Pink Broker and Alternate Appearance require the EGM Extras Pack and the Collector's edition and the Alternate Appearance Pack respectively.
Scientist is her look in ME1.
Liara will be in her default Shadow Broker outfit during the escape from Mars.
Ashley
Blue S1 Dress (default) - Naval regulation uniform - Pink/White S1 Dress (Collector's Edition) - Dress Blues

Pink/White S1 Dress requires the EGM Custom Extras Pack and the Collector's Edition.
Ashley will wear the chosen outfit during the Prologue.
During the Citadel DLC missions if Ashley is wearing Blue S1 armor or Pink/White S1 armor, she will use that. Otherwise she will change into her selected default.
Tali
Default - Gold Trim - Faceplate (From Ashes) - Hood Down (EGM Squadmate) - Formalwear (EGM Squadmate)
Automatic (same as mission armor)

Faceplate requires the From Ashes DLC and the EGM Custom Extras Pack, Hood down and Formalwear both require the EGM Squadmate Pack. Automatic will show the same as the selected mission armor.
During the Citadel DLC missions Tali will be in the same outfit as her armor.
Javik
Default Red Armor - Black Armor (From Ashes) - Red Casual (From Ashes) - Black Casual (From Ashes)

Black armor, Red Casual and Black Casual require the From Ashes DLC and the EGM Custom Extras Pack.
Javik will appear in red armor on Eden Prime and change on boarding the Normandy.
Between the Citadel DLC missions he will appear in whichever armor he was using.

Kaidan

James Vega
Default T-shirt - Alternate Naval uniform - Dress Blues

Vega will wear the selected casual during the Prologue. He will also appear on the Normandy ramp with the Virmire survivor.
During the visit to the apartment for the Citadel DLC he will wear the grey t-shirt.
When he is sparring on the Normandy he will not wear dress blues.
