Some people complain that accuracy of enemies is too high and it is hard to survive even when running from one to another cover position. ME2 Enemies accuracy is indeed quite pinpoint (more precise than in ME3 and ME1 ) and with this mod you can tweak it. You will have bigger chance to stay alive while under enemy fire.

These are 2 mods. One is: Enemies have more health at Insanity difficulty level (different versions ).If you like Shield Gate mechanic in ME3 for enemies you can turn it on for enemies in ME2 to increase difficulty (if you want you can also enable Barrier Gate and/or Armour Gate ).
