-Extracting File
1) I suggest Extracting too
C:\Users\Username\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save
then make a folder Name it faces and put me2headmorph into faces folder.
Quicker method
Extract to C:\Users\Username\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save\faces * this will make a faces folder and put file in their for you.

-How To Use Gibbed
1) Load gibbed
2) Click on Folder Icon*Load and load the save for the character you want to change Must use most Up to date Save
3) Click Tool box Tab and click Import, Load up the me2headmorph file located where you extracted it too
4) Click on Floppy icon*Save and save over the same file you loaded
5) close Gibbed load ME2 Enjoy new Face
