Hi, so sorry for taking ages to respond, I haven't signed into NexusMods in a long time!
Although LE2's remastered texture is slightly blurrier (not that you'd notice unless you zoomed right in with photo mode), its detail and form is far better than what I produced.
I'm not sure what there is to complain about her remastered version to be honest, her visuals are identical to the original release but with higher fidelity. Even I won't bother using my own textures in the remaster, despite it taking me so long to make them originally! :P
hello noob here, do any of your mods upscale only the texture of Miranda's outfit? I already have textures for Miranda's hair/face and kind of want to stick with that.
Certainly! In the files tab, if you go to the Optional section and download the DDS version, you'll get all the individual textures. Just delete the face and hair ones, and mod in the outfit only.
Also these aren't upscales, they're digitally repainted :)
After installing (in this order) Miranda Neck Mesh Fixes MEUITM2, ALOT and MEUITM2, Miranda's neck mesh was broken again, but after installing this mod on top, that annoying issue is fixed, so thanks for that!
I see in another comment you were thinking about releasing more textures, is that still in the works?
No thank you for downloading it! I've only ever used texture mods, so no idea what MEUITM2 would have done to break things, but I'm glad this gets it working again.
I'd love to say yes to more textures, but unfortunately I've been bogged down with a lot of other stuff and haven't had the time to keep modding. And then of course the remaster's out now too, which I'm hoping to finally play soon :P If another passionate modder wants to complete Miranda's romance textures matching with this mod, I'm happy to stick in a link to them or something though.
Still having issues with this mod. The installers I've tried using are ALOT, MEModder (like you recommended), but the changes to textures aren't showing up in-game. Each installer says the mod installed correctly. I'm only using this Ult Miri mod, and controller ME with ALOV (videos 4k).
Is MEModder like texmod, where it has to remain open/running for the textures to load?
I've tried troubleshoot, such as whitelist MEModder from Windows Defender. Run as Admin. But still no change in textures.
My previous playthrough (years ago) using TexMod, didn't have any of these issues. Just run TexMod, and let it load start of game. The game looked great using TexMod modded textures.
PC SPECS: Windows 10, all requirements met for game and then some.
I probably should have been clearer in the install instructions - I recommend MEM for users who aren't installing ALOT and just want to manually install texture mods. However if you're installing ALOT, then it's stated pretty candidly on that mod's page/instructions (last I checked) that additional texture mods should be installed through the ALOT installer after ALOT itself. Doing that, there shouldn't be any issues. :)
Graphics settings can be difficult to deal with yes, but that's out of my control - the ALOT installer handles that for you, and as you found MEM also has an option to implement it, but otherwise it's something that has to be manually set. You can tell if the mod was installed though by checking if the seam on Miranda's upper back has been corrected.
I had started work on the romance textures yes, however that was just before rumours of the remaster leaked and it cut my momentum on the project. Maybe I'll get back to them, we'll see how the remaster looks I suppose!
The remaster interested me at start (hype-train)...but after hearing they would make edits to character (Miranda + who knows else) I'd rather stick with the original artist's vision of Mass Effect.
The only changes I've read about for Miranda are the removal of gratuitous butt shots (and similarly unflattering angles through the games), hardly a valid criticism haha. It looks to me like they're making what they wanted to make originally, but didn't have the available tech to do so. But anyway this isn't the place for that discussion.
Yep, if you want to use the complexion mod, it needs to be installed AFTER this one :) Then you'll get the suit from this mod and face/head/hair from the complexion mod.
Yup! ALOT, then this, then complexion Either in one go, or you can install texture mods later as long as you haven't done anything else to your installation (e.g. adding content mods, which you usually shouldn't do after installing textures anyway)
Download the DDS version of the mod, and you can use Texmod to create a TPF package with the textures :) It can't be installed manually, you need to use either ME3X, the A.L.O.T. Installer or MEM.

I'm wondering how to install your mod though, since I'm using ME3TweaksModManager.

Is your mod compatible with ME3TMM. This Mod Manager was recommended on ALOV (ALOT) page.

The Install Directions posted on page are poor. One needs to edit the .ini files to use certain texture groups or the mod won't work.
Only after looking in MEModder for that option, which then wrote text to the .ini file the mod worked.

PS. I'm only using the ALOT Installer, not ALOT mod.
I've been using the ALOT Installer to great success, picking and choosing various tpf based texture mods.
One question remains, did you also mod Miri romance outfit textures too (exposed bra etc).
Do you know if this will work with this mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffect2/mods/265

(i dont use me explorer)
It can't be installed manually, you need to use either ME3X, the A.L.O.T. Installer or MEM.
