Noticed there was a lot of unwanted frame skipping in my first upload which I capped at 30 from 60fps and 24fps video sources. This is something not everyone can notice it but it sort of resembles a stutter in the film footage that makes the motion look very unnatural... Adobe Premier tends to have these annoying frame skipping errors while rendering when a variable framerate video is capped to 30 for that process. Resulting in footage hitching that is distracting to a very motion sensitive brain and set of eyes like mine. This one is more so for me, but I will be curious how it looks to you compared to the first. I am hoping this should be more smooth and pleasing to watch too.
