Just a remark on Garrus' face norm texture. It looks very pale, as if it had been badly converted from/to ATI2 by whichever tool you used. Most tools have issues with norms. MEM shouldn't have any, whether in extracting or converting the texture. There are even command line options to have MEM build your mod from BMP/PNG/whatever files. MP on Discord if you need any help figuring that out .
Apart from that, I am very glad you decided to make more textures. I like the Turian and Salarian ones a lot. Thanks !
Oath on that lighting part. I was gonna say something about Kirrahe's head looking pretty weird, but this is modding a decade old game after all so hey, what can you do
Its the scaly bits I think, the game has the ones on his forehead over his eyes on the texture map, so it has to stretch them out every time to make it wrap around his head. Even if you make it 4096, it still has to stretch it, so it never looks right
Yeah... oh well, you've done what you could and it's still an amazing result! Mods like these are what keeps bringing people back for "just one more playthrough" lmao
Haha if I was a modder I'd probably do the same tbh, this game is still my favourite in the series lol I've played it more times than 2 and 3 combined XD I actually keep a record of all my favourite Mass Effect trilogy mods on Nexus in a word doc and I keep checking every day for mods like this that don't just change a silly texture for shits and giggles but actually improve the game a lot.
ME1 has the best story for sure and I've played it a ton. Probably the most of the three. It's a toss up between 1 and 2. Weirdly, I've played through 3 the least (that ending....) yet its my favorite to mod, lol.
Having a list makes things handy I'm sure though. You know exactly where to go to get the mods you need and you're back and playing quickly.
Yeah, it's hard to manage but at least it is managing when handling hundreds of mods. It's almost an adventure sifting through all these neat ideas people have concocted that I never even thought about that makes the game that much cooler!

Yeah, it's really cool seeing all of the stuff people have worked on. And a lot of it is gorgeous. Like you said, some of it I didn't even know I wanted, lol.

While I prefer to mod ME3 (you get more bang for your buck due to lighting, improved models, etc.) I'll still port over what I can
