ReShade 3.0.5 +
Disable Motion Blur of the game, Motion Blur of ReShade is best.

Installation:
Install ReShade,
after put NerdVisualME.ini inside Mass Effect/Binaries,
where there is the executable of Mass Effect (MassEffect.exe)
