Removes Charm and Intimidate so you don't have to waste talent points leveling it up. Also you can choose Paragon or Renegade options whenever they are available. No more having to play the game in a certain order to level those up before landing in places like 2nd visit Citadel, Feros, or Noveria. Play the game and do any quests in the order you want!
You do still have max charm/intimidate but its hidden. The Paragon and Renegade bars are not maxed, you raise those by paragon and renegade choices throughout the game.
Unfortunately it only works when you create a new Shepard because these values are set when creating a Shepard and can only be changed after through the save editor.
