Possibility for weapon loadout for any character, including player.

I want to share with all of you posibility to make custom loadout for any character from Shepards team (including Shepard). Video showcase linked down below. Link
If you are interested to do that then you need:
1. download my BIOEngine.ini and replace your file by following path C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect\Config\ or
2. Make changes by your own following two steps i.e:
a. Open BIOEngine.ini
b. Find line BioCharacterImporter.StartingEquipment2DA=Characters_StartingEquipment
c. Replace it with BioCharacterImporter.StartingEquipment2DA=Characters_Character
Begin new game, all characters will be without any weapon. To add any weapon to player or character you will need:
1. For player (suppose you want to add to female Shepard with class biotic possibility to use only pistols):
open console and type "GiveItem Self 1 Pistol Manf_HK_Weap" it will add first grade pistol to player. Where 1 is grade form 1 to 10 and "pistol" is generic name of weapon class.
2. For character (suppose you find and safe Tali and want to add her posibility to use shotguns):
aim at Tali with your character, open console and type: "GiveItem Target 1 Shotgun Manf_Elanus_Weap" it will add first grade shotgun to Tali, and Tali will use only shotguns to the end.

Bugs:
1. First cutscene will be ruined totally.
2. If you dont want to add pistol to player then in two cutscenes player will hold nothing in hands: 1. When aiming at drunk worker. 2. When aiming at Fist.
3. Player cant throw grenades.
