Mass Effect Randomizer is a randomizer for the first Mass Effect game on PC. It can randomize many different things at your discretion
and will produce a significantly different feeling game depending on the options you choose!
Check out the image gallery to see what different randomizers can do. Feel free to add your own images to the gallery of what random things
you find on your journey!
Usage of Mass Effect Randomizer is very simple. You can run the program, choose your options, and then select randomize.
You can share seed values with others as long as you have the same files/DLC installed in your game.
Mass Effect Randomizer is not tested against DLC mods - it is unknown to what extent they will be randomized.
There are several things you should know before installation:
Mass Effect Randomizer ONLY works with official INT versions of the game.
Pirated or localized versions are not supported AND the program WILL refuse to run with them.
You should make a backup using the backup button before you randomize the game. This backup is shared with ALOT Installer.
You should only run a randomization pass before installation of texture mods such as ALOT or MEUITM.
Neither I or the ALOT team will assist you with troubleshooting if you do it afterwards.

Mass Effect Randomizer is licensed under GPLv2. This means you can modify the source code and release your own versions
without my consent as long as the source code for your versions are available.
The one additional restriction on this software is that the images provided by third parties are not covered by the GPL license.
In order to distribute your own versions of this software, you must seek your own permissions from the artists, as the permissions
to use their work were granted specifically to ME3Tweaks/Mgamerz and not to derivative works. Additionally, derivative works
cannot use ME3Tweaks as the hosting endpoint for live updates.
