as the name implies this does a pretty good job at correcting the colors with vignette remover installed back to a more vanilla blue look.

as you can see it doesn't just correct the colors.
to install, put the .ini file into (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect\Binaries) and enjoy.
I don't have the disc version so I can't help you with that.
