This mod removes the forced boundaries during missions, allowing you to free roam during those. No crimes will happen while in such missions, you are still locked during instanced missions ie: can't leave feast.

It may break some missions, but so far I tested 3 without any issues:
First Mission- you can swing around but there will be no map hud.
Construction site mission aka "E3 mission", had no issues.
